This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer delivers a saturated tropical explosion driven by a lush smoothie-inspired profile. A foundation of Berliner Weisse provides a clean, lactic tang that sharpens the intense presence of fresh passion fruit, bright orange, and sweet pineapple. The mouthfeel is notably thick and pulpy, reflecting its smoothie intent, while the base fermentation offers a refreshing acidity that cuts through the fruit density. Appearance. Deep opaque yellow to orange hue (5–8 SRM), reminiscent of fresh fruit juice. Thick, dense, yellowish-white head with moderate retention; heavy lacing due to fruit solids. Significant opacity from the heavy addition of fruit purée.

Aroma. High intensity aromatic burst dominated by fresh passion fruit and zesty orange peel. Secondary notes of sweet, ripened pineapple provide a sugary counterpoint. Very low bready malt; clean, sharp lactic acidity. No hop aroma or funk; the focus is entirely on the fresh fruit and clean fermentation.

Taste. Immediate, punchy passion fruit tartness followed by the sweetness of ripe pineapple and the citrus brightness of orange. Low bready wheat malt supports the fruit. Bitterness is virtually non-existent. The finish is tart and fruity, with a lingering pulpy sweetness and a clean lactic snap that prevents it from being cloying.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a thick, creamy, smoothie-like viscosity. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to navigate the heavy texture. Minimal alcohol warmth. Slight fruit-derived astringency adds structure to the finish.
