This Triple New England IPA presents a saturated and complex sensory profile defined by its intensive hop load and unique spice addition. The aroma is led by the creamy coconut and pineapple notes of Sabro, intertwined with the distinct grapefruit and floral rose character of Talus. Simcoe provides a grounded pine resin contrast, while HBC522 adds layers of citrus zest. A thoughtful addition of ginger introduces a subtle, spicy brightness that cuts through the dense, tropical fruit-forward profile. Despite the high 11.2% ABV, the alcohol is well-integrated, supporting a soft, pillowy malt structure that emphasizes hop saturation over sharp bitterness.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque and heavily hazy. Large, dense, creamy white head with excellent retention and thick, clingy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical fruit notes of pineapple, mango, and coconut. Secondary notes of grapefruit, lime, and rose petals. A light, spicy ginger zing is present alongside subtle earthy pine. Malt is low and neutral, reminiscent of soft bread or oats.

Taste. Massive hop flavors of coconut, citrus peel, and stone fruit. The ginger provides a unique, refreshing spicy complexity. Bitterness is firm but smooth and well-integrated, never harsh. Malt provides a soft, doughy backdrop. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering warmth and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied with a creamy, pillowy, and velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth. Very low astringency despite the heavy dry-hopping.
