Fantomrezgés presents a botanical twist on a classic American Lager base, delivering a refreshing sensory profile shaped by its unique infusions. Vibrant aromas of zesty lemongrass and sharp, spicy ginger lead the experience, underpinned by the cool, herbal warmth of cardamom. The palate follows suit, offering a clean, grainy malt sweetness that acts as a delicate canvas for the aromatic spices. Each sip is crisp and effervescent, balancing a subtle earthiness against a bright citrus snap. This collaboration with Carson Coma remains highly attenuated and approachable, finishing with a dry, tingling spice note that lingers briefly and clean on the tongue.
Appearance. Pale straw (3 SRM) with a bright, very clear clarity. Topped by a white, frothy head with low persistence and minimal lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of botanical notes dominated by fresh, spicy ginger and citrusy lemongrass. Low, grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral background. Distinct herbal and slightly woody cardamom notes are prominent, supported by a very clean fermentation profile without esters.
Taste. Initial impression is bright and spice-forward, led by a ginger bite and lemony citrus. A light, neutral malt base offers subtle graininess. Bitterness is low, allowing the pungent ginger and herbal cardamom to define the balance. The finish is very crisp, clean, and dry, with a lingering botanical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with high carbonation that produces a refreshing carbonic bite. Alcohol warmth is negligible at 4.5% ABV. Features a slight tingling sensation on the palate from the ginger infusion, with no astringency.
