After GLORIOUS MESS, HOUSE ON FIRE and I’M SELLING BANANAS, here’s our latest ice cream-inspired-heavily-fruited madness… For years we’ve been working on the perfect canned version of the Danish Christmas dessert, risalamande, and with CHERRY RED RISALAMANDE we’ve mainly highlighted the fruity part (we’ve put the almonds in a different release now). It’s sweet and creamy and savior and balanced all at the same time… The dominance of the cherries was resolved with a little blackcurrant, but this image here is probably worth more than any words. It’s worth turning the can upside down before pouring, otherwise you’ll end up with an extreme amount of fruit pulp at the bottom! Available from today everywhere.
