This American IPA centers on the complex character of Mosaic hops, delivering a vibrant sensory profile that balances intensity with approachability. At 6.2% ABV, it opens with high-intensity aromatics of tropical mango and stone fruit, accented by the distinctive blueberry and earthy pine notes characteristic of its namesake hop. The inclusion of oats provides a subtle, velvety smoothing of the texture, rounding out the firm, clean bitterness. A light, grainy malt backbone supports the hop-forward palate, leading into a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes resinous depth and persistent citrus zest.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight, attractive haze from the oat addition. Forms a dense, medium-sized white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by Mosaic-derived tropical fruit, specifically mango and passion fruit, alongside signature blueberry notes.
