SnowBird is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a potent 50/50 blend of El Dorado and Nectaron hops. This collaboration with CLS Farms and NZ Hops delivers an intense sensory experience, bursting with saturated notes of white peach, bright tangerine, and a whimsical pear candy sweetness. The aromatic profile is dominated by stone fruit and tropical character, supported by a soft, grainy malt foundation. On the palate, the hop-forward juice bomb character provides a lush, fruit-driven profile with a restrained bitterness that ensures high drinkability despite its 7% ABV. It concludes with a smooth, velvety finish that highlights the signature New Zealand hop depth.
