On the nose, El Dorado provides a distinct sweet candy and stone fruit foundation, while Bru-1 introduces specific notes of ripe pineapple. Galaxy hops round out the experience with a punchy, citrusy passionfruit and kiwi character. The malt profile is intentionally restrained, featuring a light, bready backdrop that supports the intense fruitiness.
