Last November, a novelty was born at LTM. It was a very special beer brewed with grape marc (from the Vidal variety): the Cuvée Vidal. A first experience with rejects from other productions (the grape marc being the skins of the grapes, rejected after their pressing to make wine) was a real success! LTM has therefore recently created two other beers fermented with yeasts naturally present in fruit! The Cuvée Marquette-Frontenac and the Cuvée CRYO, were born in February and May (respectively).
