Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (approx. 8 SRM). Clear with a slight haze permissible; features a medium-sized, white, persistent head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity featuring prominent grapefruit and citrus peel. Distinctive spicy and lemony coriander notes blend with a delicate, floral, and honey-like aromatic sweetness from the white tea. Low, clean, grainy malt supports the botanical presentation.
Taste. Initial impression is led by pithy grapefruit and citrus hop flavors, quickly followed by the spicy, herbal character of coriander. The white tea adds a subtle, floral complexity and an aromatic sweetness that balances the firm, medium-high bitterness. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering botanical and citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, clean texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing, crisp bite. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
