This American Pilsner offers a vibrant twist on the classic German Pils, marrying traditional crispness with a bold, modern hop profile. The foundation of American barley and wheat provides a clean, crackery malt base with a soft, bready undertone. However, the stars are the American-grown hops: Crystal lends a delicate spicy and herbal nuance, while the addition of Citra introduces bright pops of grapefruit and lime zest that elevate the aromatic intensity.
