Appearance. Brilliant straw gold (3 SRM) with exceptional clarity. Topped by a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity of spicy and floral German hops. Supported by a clean, light grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of water crackers or freshly kilned grain. No esters or diacetyl; a purely clean lager fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial soft malt sweetness of toasted crackers and dough is quickly superseded by a firm, clean hop bitterness. Flavors of herbal and floral hops are prominent throughout. We’ve been doing this for 10 years now and this beer represents all that we’ve learned in those 10 years
