This Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant, tropical sensory experience driven by a heavy-handed dose of Idaho 7, Motueka, and Simcoe hops. The aroma is an immediate burst of ripe mango and soft peach, layered with a unique zesty lime sorbet character and subtle bubblegum esters. On the palate, the Idaho 7 provides depth with hints of gentle pine, while Motueka highlights bright citrus notes. The experience is defined by a silky, pillowy texture and exceptionally low bitterness, allowing the juicy stone fruit and tropical flavors to lead into a clean, off-dry, and immensely smooth finish.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque and heavily hazy with a brilliant sheen. Dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango, ripe peach, and distinctive lime zest. Low bready, grainy malt sweetness resides in the background. Subtle fruity esters reminiscent of bubblegum; no detectable alcohol or fermentation flaws.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with mango and peach leading. Medium-low grainy, neutral malt provides a supportive base without caramel or toast. Perceived bitterness is low and well-masked by the body. The finish is off-dry and juicy with a lingering lime and soft pine aftertaste, devoid of any harshness or hop burn.
