As Lord Chambray’s inaugural kettle sour, it achieves a delicate equilibrium between stone fruit richness and a zesty, lemon-like acidity. The palate is greeted by a whisper of light malt sweetness that quickly gives way to a snappy tartness and a remarkably refreshing dryness.
