Lord Chambray San Blas is a vibrant English IPA that balances classic attenuation with a modern hop profile. Brewed with a blend of American and Downunder hops, it delivers a high-intensity sensory experience defined by bright grapefruit and fragrant orange flowers. At 5.9% ABV, the beer maintains a sturdy bready malt backbone that supports the assertive dry-hopping performed during maturation. Appearance. Deep golden to amber (8–12 SRM) with a fine, persistent white head and excellent lacing. Generally clear, though a faint haze may be present from dry-hopping.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring citrus-forward hop notes of grapefruit and floral orange flowers. Supported by a medium-low bready and biscuity malt character with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. The palate opens with bright citrus peel and floral hop flavors. A medium-low bready malt foundation balances an assertive hop bitterness. The finish is very dry and clean, with a moderate bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste without being harsh.
