Aroma. Moderate intensity with a bready maltiness and grainy wheat notes. Distinctive zesty, citrusy orange peel and perfumy, lemony coriander aromatics dominate. Subtle herbal and spicy yeast-derived esters are present, while hop aroma is absent.
Taste. Initial impression is of pleasant bready, grainy malt with a touch of honey-like sweetness. Moderate zesty orange fruitiness and herbal-spicy lemony coriander flavors are well-balanced and subtle. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough structure to support a refreshingly crisp and dry finish without any harsh aftertaste.
