A Toda Velocidad is a vibrant International Pale Lager brewed by Lord Chambray in collaboration with To Øl, capturing the refreshing essence of a Mexican lager. It presents a brilliant pale straw appearance topped with a frothy white head. The sensory experience is led by a prominent, zesty kick of fresh lime that provides a bright citrus character over a clean, light grainy-malt base. Mellow bitterness and high attenuation result in a crisp, dry finish. Effervescent carbonation enhances the sparkling mouthfeel, making this a focused, thirst-quenching beer with a clean aftertaste and a lingering citrus brightness.

Appearance. Color is pale straw (2-3 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a white, frothy head that has moderate to low retention, leaving minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity but clean fermentation profile. Moderate fresh lime zest citrus aroma is primary, supported by secondary notes of grainy-malty sweetness and a subtle bready quality. Very low herbal hop character with no yeast-derived esters.
