Longways Cider Co. Elderflower is a delicate and aromatic Cider with Herbs and Spices that showcases the floral elegance of wild elderflower against a crisp apple backdrop. The sensory experience begins with a high intensity of heady, sweet floral notes and a touch of lychee-like perfume, characteristic of fresh elderflower. Beneath the floral veil lies a clean, bright green apple acidity that provides a refreshing structure. This cider presents a light, effervescent character that dances on the palate, finishing bone-dry with a lingering botanical essence. It is an exceptionally balanced beverage where the wild elderflower enhances rather than overwhelms the natural pomme fruitiness of the base cider.

Appearance. Pale straw to lemon-yellow; brilliant clarity; very low head retention with fine, fast-rising carbonation bubbles; no lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of sweet elderflower, honeyed florals, and muscat grape; secondary notes of fresh-pressed green apples and a hint of citrus zest; clean fermentation profile with no sulfur or diacetyl.
