This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, radiating an intense bouquet of tropical and citrus fruits. Citra hops lead the charge with bright grapefruit and lychee, while the addition of McKenzie contributes nuanced notes of ripe apricot and floral spice. Eclipse hops round out the profile with a distinct burst of mandarin orange and a whisper of fresh pine. The palate is pillowy and soft, reflecting a bready malt base that supports the massive hop saturation without harshness. It finishes with a delicate, juicy sweetness and a restrained bitterness, emphasizing a lush, fruit-forward experience that defines the modern tropical IPA profile.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6) with an opaque, hazy radiance and a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by tropical fruit (mango, lychee) and citrus (mandarin orange, pink grapefruit) from Citra and Eclipse. McKenzie adds a subtle stone fruit character like apricot. Background notes of bready, grainy malt with clean, fruity fermentation esters and no toast or caramel.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring juicy orange, tropical punch, and peach. Citra provides a sharp citrus edge while Eclipse brings sweet orange zest. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness provides just enough structure against a lightly sweet, bready malt core. The finish is smooth and fruit-focused with no lingering harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Completely smooth with no hop-derived astringency or harshness.
