The hop trio of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Sequoia projects a vibrant sensory landscape dominated by intense notes of tropical pineapple and mango, alongside resinous pine and a hint of mixed berries. While the hops are the clear protagonists, the fermentation remains exceptionally clean, driving toward a crisp, dry finish.
