The combination of Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich Light creates a clean, grainy-sweet foundation with subtle bready nuances. Sterling hops provide a delicate, complimentary backbone, offering refined floral and herbal spicy notes that elevate the aromatic profile. It pours brilliantly clear with a pale straw hue and a frothy white head. Aroma. Low to moderate intensity. Prominent clean, grainy-sweet malt aroma from the Pilsner malt, complemented by a very subtle bready richness from the Munich Light. Low floral and slightly spicy hop character from the Sterling hops. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshing. Low grainy malt flavor with a hint of toasted bread. Hop flavor is low, manifesting as floral and herbal notes from the Sterling hops. Low bitterness provides just enough balance to prevent cloying. Clean fermentation character. Finish is dry, short, and very clean with no harshness.
