Lobik Roneldorado
Roneldorado is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leads with an intense, tropical aromatic profile. The strategic use of El Dorado and Citra hops delivers a juicy punch of ripe pineapple, mango, and zesty tangerine. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a soft, glowing yellow hue and a dense, meringue-like head. The palate follows the aroma, offering a lush fruit-forward experience supported by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Grainy malt notes provide a neutral foundation, allowing the hop-derived stone fruit and citrus to dominate. A restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, approachable finish that emphasizes hop depth over sharp edges.
Appearance. Straw to light amber (3–7 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with very high retention.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the El Dorado hops, complemented by bright citrus zest and grapefruit from Citra. Low, neutral, bready malt character in the background with clean, fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. High tropical and citrus hop flavor mirroring the aroma, focusing on stone fruit and lime. Low, grainy malt flavor provides a soft base. Perceived bitterness is moderate but restrained, leading into an off-dry, smooth finish without any hop harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture and no harshness. Moderate carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that enhances the drinkability.
