Lobik Drip Dreaper is an assertive Double IPA that showcases an intense tropical bouquet through the strategic use of Bru-1 and Galaxy hops. This 8% powerhouse leads with a punch of fresh pineapple and ripe stone fruit from the Bru-1, layered with the pungent passionfruit and bright citrus notes characteristic of Galaxy. Despite its strength, the sensory profile remains focused on a clean, dry finish that emphasizes hop saturation over malt weight. The pale, gold pour supports a persistent head, delivering a crisp, resinous bitterness that balances the lush fruit esters, resulting in a high-impact, modern hop experience.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange color with a slight, modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, creamy white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. Intense tropical hop aroma dominated by fresh-cut pineapple, passionfruit, and peach. A neutral, grainy malt backbone remains in the background, complemented by a very light, clean alcohol note and an absence of heavy yeast esters.

Taste. High hop bitterness is immediate but lacks harshness, supporting layers of pineapple, citrus zest, and resin. The malt provides a soft, bready foundation that fades into a dry, lingering finish characterized by a clean, hoppy aftertaste and minimal sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. A restrained, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but smooth, without any hop-derived astringency.
