Lobik Candy Shop is an indulgent Hazy IPA that lives up to its playful name with an explosive sensory profile. It presents a glowing, opaque straw color, radiating a tropical perfume of mango, passion fruit, and candied citrus. The 'Candy Shop' theme is evident in the perceived sweetness of the hop oils, which mimic fruit gummies and ripe stone fruit, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the experience is lush and pillowy, offering a juice-like saturation that masks a restrained, rounded bitterness. This medium-full-bodied ale finishes with a clean, fruity flourish, making it both decadent and highly drinkable.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (SRM 4-6) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous shine. It is topped with a dense, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity bouquet of tropical and stone fruits; dominant notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and apricot. Background malt is clean and lightly bready, while the fermentation profile is neutral to ester-driven, harmonizing with the hop-derived fruitiness.

Taste. High fruit-juice impact featuring layers of peach, guava, and citrus. The malt flavor is low, providing a simple grainy base for the hops. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft water profile and full body. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a lingering tropical aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy on the palate. Carbonation is moderate. No harshness or astringency is present, with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
