Lluna Trònix is a vibrant interpretation of the classic Dunkles Weissbier, delivering a sensory experience rich in traditional German character. The pour reveals a deep mahogany hue with a signature hazy appearance. Aromatically, the weizen yeast takes center stage, offering a classic harmony of ripe banana and spicy clove, accented by nuances of caramel and toasted wheat. On the palate, the breadiness of the grain bill melds with dark fruit notes and a soft spice complexity. The mouthfeel is notably creamy and effervescent, providing a fluffy texture that carries the bready sweetness into a clean, refreshing finish.
Appearance. Color ranges from light copper to dark mahogany brown. Features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting off-white head. The body is consistently hazy with a visible yeast shine characteristic of wheat styles.
