Lluna Goserunga is a traditional Gose that captures the refreshing, historical spirit of Leipzig. This soft ale presents a delicate balance of lactic tartness and a distinctive mineral salinity. The grain bill, likely composed of Pilsner and wheat malt, provides a soft, doughy foundation that carries bright notes of citrusy coriander. Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a light lactic sourness and a bready, doughy wheat malt character. A fresh, citrusy aroma of coriander reminiscent of lemon or orange peel is present, complemented by a subtle, clean sea salt mineral quality. No hop aroma.
Taste. Initial impression is moderately tart with a clean lactic acidity. A soft, bready malt flavor supports light fruity esters of lemon and pome fruit.
