Livebarrels Table Dry Cider
This New World Cider presents an exceptionally crisp and refreshing profile, defined by its bone-dry finish and vibrant orchard aromatics. Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale straw to light gold color (SRM 2-3). Displays a moderate, fast-dissipating white head with lively, small carbonation bubbles rising continuously.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh apple fruit, reminiscent of green apple skin and ripe dessert apples. Clean fermentation profile with no sulfur, diacetyl, or phenolic character; faint floral esters and a hint of citric tartness are present.
Taste. Initial impression is sharp and bone-dry. Dominant flavor of fresh-pressed apples with a crisp, refreshing acidity. Zero perceived sweetness. No hop flavor or bitterness. Finishes very clean and dry with a lingering tart apple aftertaste.
