This Double IPA presents an intense, multi-layered tropical profile driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Nectaron, Rakau, and Citra. A vivid sensory experience of ripe nectarine, apricot, and bright passion fruit leads the palate, underscored by a crisp citrus zest. While it carries the formidable strength of its 8.2% ABV, the alcohol remains integrated and smooth. The malt backbone provides a soft, bready foundation that allows the Southern Hemisphere hop notes to shine. It finishes with a clean, lingering bitterness that balances the lush fruit character, embodying the bold hop-forward intent of a modern strong ale.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Thick, persistent white head with dense lacing. Significant hazy opacity consistent with its New England designation.

Aroma. Intense aroma dominated by stone fruit and tropical notes. Specific scents of ripe peach and nectarine from Nectaron, apricot from Rakau, and bright grapefruit and lime from Citra. Background of neutral, doughy malt and a clean fermentation profile.
