Little Creatures Brewing

This mid-strength American Amber Ale offers a sophisticated sensory profile despite its sessionable ABV. A foundation of Vienna malt and toasted grains provides a nutty, bready base with a silky texture enhanced by wheat and Carapils. The hop architecture is complex, weaving the earthy, herbal spice of East Kent Goldings with the bright citrus and floral character of Cascade and Stella. It pours with a velvet smoothness, balancing subtle caramel sweetness against a clean, refreshing bitterness. The result is a remarkably drinkable ale that showcases the interplay between classic toasted malt depth and modern, vibrant hop aromatics.

Appearance. Brilliant copper to deep amber in color with reddish highlights. Crowned by a moderately large, creamy, off-white head with good retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring toasted biscuit and light caramel malt notes. These are layered with floral, citrusy grapefruit, and slightly spicy hop aromas from the Cascade and Stella additions. Clean fermentation with minimal esters.
