Appearance. Deep gold color with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, white head that demonstrates good persistence and leaves fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-high hop intensity featuring prominent zesty grapefruit and soft lychee fruitiness. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a supportive base. No significant yeast esters or fermentation byproducts are present.
