This American Pale Ale presents a modern, lush sensory profile, leaning into its heavy character. The aroma is high in intensity, radiating notes of ripe orange and floral spice from the Amarillo hops, complemented by the distinctive honeydew and soft berry nuances of Huell Melon. A robust grain bill featuring Extra Pale, Pale malt, and Munich provides a supportive, bready backbone. Thanks to a heavy addition of Oats and a high mash temperature, the mouthfeel is exceptionally thick and creamy. It balances vibrant, juicy hop saturation with a smooth bitterness, finishing with a lingering, fruit-forward presence that remains soft and approachable.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with a thick, persistent white foam head and dense lacing. The clarity is opaque and super hazy, reflecting the heavy dry-hopping and high protein content.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tangerine, orange peel, and floral blossoms from Amarillo, alongside subtle honeydew melon and apricot from Huell Melon. The malt character is low to moderate, presenting as fresh bread and light biscuit. Neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward. Flavors of sweet citrus and melon dominate, supported by a grainy, oat-like malt sweetness and a touch of Munich malt richness. Hop bitterness is moderate (approx. 40 IBU), providing balance without being sharp. The finish is medium-sweet and lingering, with a clean aftertaste of tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a thick, creamy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency, resulting in a very smooth, mouth-coating experience.
