Inspired by a 1921 heritage recipe, this Munich Helles presents a masterclass in balance, marrying refreshing drinkability with a surprisingly full-bodied texture. A backbone of premium Pilsner malt radiates grainy-sweetness and hints of fresh-baked bread, serving as a canvas for the delicate Hopfenblume. This floral and herbal hop bouquet, characteristic of traditional German hops, offers a sophisticated aromatic layer without overpowering the malt. Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, persistent creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
