Appearance. Color is pale golden (approx. 6-7 SRM). Features a medium-sized white head with good persistence and light lacing. Clarity displays a slight haze, consistent with its unfiltered and unpasteurised nature.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, citrus zest, and resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral foundation. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant yeast-derived esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with medium-high flavors of grapefruit pith and pine resin. Low, clean, crackery malt flavor supports the hop presentation without adding sweetness. Bitterness is medium-high to firm, providing a sharp but clean counterpoint. The finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste.
