Group Therapy presents as a vibrant American IPA designed for sessionability without sacrificing aromatic punch. A trio of Southern Hemisphere hops defines the experience: Galaxy leads with intense bursts of passionfruit and sun-ripened peach, while Motueka contributes sharp lime zest and crushed mojito mint. Topaz rounds out the profile with notes of lychee and a subtle, resinous spice. Underneath this tropical layer, a lean, crackery malt base provides a clean canvas, ensuring the hop complexity remains the focal point. The palate is refreshingly dry, finishing with a crisp, firm bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly balancing high-impact fruitiness with a lighter, accessible frame.

Appearance. Medium gold color (approximately 6 SRM). Topped by a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing. Generally clear with a very slight, hop-derived haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical and citrus notes. Prominent passionfruit and peach (Galaxy) are layered with lime zest (Motueka) and a touch of spicy lychee (Topaz). Malt is low and neutral, providing a light, grainy sweetness. Fermentation is clean with no noticeable esters.

Taste. Leading with high-impact hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Initial notes of passionfruit and lime zest transition into a moderate-high bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Low, clean, bready malt supports the hops without adding sweetness. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly lean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing effervescence. No alcohol warmth is perceived, and there is zero astringency despite the high hop load.
