It opens with an inviting aroma of toasted nuts, toffee, and freshly roasted beans. On the palate, layers of milk chocolate and caramel from the malt base are sharpened by the coffee’s subtle acidity and hints of dark red fruit. While slightly more robust than a standard example at 6% ABV, it maintains a balanced profile with earthy hop notes and a gentle bitterness. Appearance. Deep reddish-brown color (approximately 20 SRM) with excellent clarity. It is topped by a moderate, light tan head with fair retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring prominent freshly roasted Colombian coffee notes. Behind the coffee, a sweet malt profile emerges with scents of toffee, toasted hazelnuts, and a hint of milk chocolate. Low earthy hop notes and a very subtle red-apple fruity ester profile provide additional depth.

Taste. Initial impression is a blend of malt sweetness and roasted coffee. Flavor follows the aroma with toasted biscuit, nutty toffee, and light chocolate malt character. The coffee adds a layer of dark fruit acidity and roasted complexity without being harsh. Bitterness is medium-low, balancing the malt-forward profile.
