The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour. Framboise is served as an aperitif, but can also be used in cooking. If don't finish the bottle in your preparations, finish it in your glass!
Powerful raspberry aromas with a hint of caramel and a slightly sour finish characteristic of lambic beers. Plum and pink color with thin head and decent lacing. Malty intro with some carbonation evident in the mouth. Initial raspberry flavor is subtle and smooth on the tongue but soon becomes bittersweet in the aftertaste. Tip: Make raspberry shortcake with this beer and raspberries and we promise you'll love it!
