The aromatic profile is led by a refreshing burst of citrus zest, harmoniously layered with the subtle, peppery, and herbal perfume of coriander seeds. Appearance. Deep gold (approximately 4–6 SRM). Topped with a dense, white, moussy head featuring good retention. Displays a characteristic cloudy appearance from starch haze and yeast.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready, grainy malt and light honey notes. Prominent citrusy-orange fruitiness from the zest additions, complemented by a perfumy, spicy, and slightly herbal coriander character. Yeast esters are subtle and well-integrated.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshing. Bready, grainy malt flavors are balanced by moderate citrus fruitiness and a delicate herbal-spicy coriander note. Hop bitterness is low, serving only to support the fruit and spice. Finishes dry and clean with no harshness.
