This New World Perry offers an intense sensory experience centered on the purity of orchard fruit. It presents a brilliant, pale straw appearance with a vibrant, high-intensity aroma of fresh, ripe pears and delicate floral honey. On the palate, the profile is unapologetically sweet yet remarkably refreshing, driven by a succulent pear flavor that mimics the experience of biting into a juicy Bartlett. While the 6.8% ABV provides a well-integrated, gentle warmth, the clean fermentation ensures the fruit remains the protagonist. The finish is long and lush, leaving a lingering sweetness that remains crisp and inviting.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 2-3); brilliant clarity. Effervescence is moderate with a thin white rim of bubbles that dissipates quickly; no lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh pear juice; secondary notes of wildflower honey and soft floral esters. Clean fermentation character with no detectable sulfur, phenolics, or acetic acid.

Taste. Strong, sweet pear flavor dominates from the initial sip through the finish. Low acidity provides just enough balance to keep the high residual sugar from being cloying. No hop bitterness or wood tannins are present. The finish is sweet, clean, and fruit-forward with a persistent pear aftertaste.
