This American Pale Ale offers a vibrant, modern hop profile powered by Citra and Nectaron. The sensory experience is led by a burst of zesty lime and grapefruit from the Citra, which seamlessly blends into the lush stone fruit and ripe pineapple notes characteristic of Nectaron. Delicate nuances of orange blossom provide a floral lift over a clean, neutral malt base of pale grains. Refreshing and bright, the beer balances a moderate hop bitterness with a crisp, dry finish. Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus zest and stone fruit. Malt provides a supportive but low grainy sweetness. Hop bitterness is moderate and well-balanced. The fermentation is clean, leading to a medium-dry finish where lingering citrus and resinous hop notes persist without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation, creating a crisp and refreshing sensation. Very low alcohol warmth and a smooth texture with no perceptible astringency.
