Summer Sip is a refreshing take on the American IPA, drawing inspiration from the Cold IPA technique by utilizing cooler fermentation temperatures to ensure a brilliantly clean profile. This approach allows a vibrant explosion of citrus and tropical fruit notes to dominate the senses, unburdened by heavy yeast esters. The malt backbone is lean and supportive, offering a crisp, grainy foundation that highlights the hop complexity. Effervescent and bright, it delivers a sharp but integrated bitterness that cleanses the palate, making it an ideal companion for warmer weather. It strikes a balance between high drinkability and assertive hop character.

Appearance. Color is medium gold (6-8 SRM) with a brilliant clarity. It features a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus, orange zest, and tropical fruit notes. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a supportive base. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean with minimal esters.
