LETRA Brewery FIBER is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated double dry-hop profile featuring Enigma and Vic Secret hops. The sensory experience is led by an intense bouquet of ripe red berries and lush tropical fruits, grounded by a subtle, resinous whisper of pine. The palate mirrors this juicy complexity, supported by a soft, grainy malt backbone that emphasizes a smooth, approachable character. Appearance. Color is a pale straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a heavy, uniform haze providing a characteristic luminous glow. It features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by red currants and raspberries, alongside pineapple and passion fruit notes. A faint, clean pine resin provides depth. The malt remains in the background with a neutral, lightly bready and grainy character. Esters are supportive and fruity, with no clashing fermentation byproducts.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical fruit and red berries. Low bready malt flavor supports the hop-heavy profile without adding caramel or toast. Bitterness is medium-low and smooth, never harsh or sharp. The finish is off-dry and clean, with lingering notes of tropical fruit and a subtle piney earthiness in the aftertaste.
