This assertive Double IPA offers a powerful sensory experience defined by a signature blend of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. The profile leads with an intense resinous pine and grapefruit zest aroma, quickly followed by layers of ripe tropical fruit and berry. Despite its 8.4% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability through a clean, neutral malt backbone that provides structure without sweetness. The palate is dominated by a firm, persistent bitterness that transitions into a crisp, dry finish. Subtle notes of stone fruit and a well-integrated alcohol warmth characterize this bold, hop-forward ale, staying true to its modern American roots.

Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8–12 SRM) with good clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with prominent notes of pine resin, orange peel, and mango. Low, neutral grainy maltiness in the background. Clean fermentation profile with a very subtle hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. High bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Malt flavor is low and clean with a light toasty edge. Finishes very dry with a long, hoppy, and bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Displays a restrained and pleasant alcohol warmth without astringency.
