Liquid Voltage is an electrifying Triple IPA that pushes the boundaries of the Double IPA style with its 10% ABV and aggressive dry-hopping. A massive 21g/L dose of Mosaic cryo and Peacharine creates an explosion of ripe peach, nectarine, and blueberry, while Simcoe and Dynaboost Simcoe ground the profile with sharp resinous pine and passionfruit. The sensory experience is dominated by these modern hop varieties, supported by a lean, neutral malt base that allows the complex oils to saturate the palate. It finishes with a firm, clean bitterness and a smooth, well-integrated warmth typical of the expert high-gravity brewing expected from this collaboration.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (8–10 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head. This heavily dry-hopped version displays a modern, slight haze while maintaining a luminous quality.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with layers of ripe stone fruit—specifically peach and nectarine—and tropical blueberry. A secondary layer of resinous pine and citrus zest provides complexity. Malt is neutral and clean, allowing the high-intensity hop oils to dominate.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and stone fruit followed by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. Low, supportive grainy malt character provides a soft foundation. Flavors of peach, mango, and pine resin linger into a medium-dry finish that is clean and lacks harshness. Alcohol is present but smooth.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost velvety texture from the high hopping rate. Moderate carbonation. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being hot or solventy.
