This potent Double IPA offers an explosion of tropical intensity driven by a massive dry-hop addition of Superdelic, Citra, Mosaic, and Nectaron. Aromas of ripe nectarine, passion fruit, and candied citrus peel leap from the glass, supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the hop profile is lush and multi-dimensional, showcasing stone fruit and berry notes from the Mosaic and Superdelic with a firm, clean bitterness that balances the 10% strength. Despite its significant body and velvety texture, it finishes remarkably dry, hiding its potent alcohol warmth behind a wall of vibrant hop oils and a soft, hazy profile.

Appearance. Hazy, deep gold to light orange-copper (8-10 SRM). Features a dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit, pineapple, and mango (Nectaron/Superdelic), complemented by citrus zest (Citra) and a hint of blueberry (Mosaic). Low, neutral, grainy-sweet malt in the background; clean fermentation.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical fruit and peach. Medium-high hop bitterness that remains smooth and lacks harshness. Very low, clean malt flavor supports a dry to medium-dry finish. Lingering notes of resin and tropical fruit in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth; no hop-derived astringency.
