Voodoo Blink is a modern Double IPA that delivers a saturated tropical experience through a heavy 21g/L double dry-hop of Simcoe Cryo, Idaho Gem, and El Dorado. The inclusion of the YCH Trial 303 blend amplifies thiols, resulting in explosive aromas of passionfruit, crushed pineapple, and candied stone fruit. An Oatcream foundation provides a lush, velvety texture that softens the bitterness typically associated with the style. The pour is hazy and straw-colored with dense foam. The finish remains remarkably smooth for 8% ABV, balancing resinous Simcoe Cryo notes against a soft, lingering sweetness and tropical fruit punch.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque haze with a thick, persistent, creamy white head and significant lacing.

Aroma. Intense tropical fruit bouquet with dominant notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and passionfruit. Secondary layers of resinous pine and grapefruit zest. Clean, bready malt background with a faint, sweet creamy character and no solventy alcohol.

Taste. Massive hop saturation featuring candied apricot, melon, and citrus. The initial impression is of soft, pillowy malt followed by a firm but rounded bitterness that avoids harshness. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering tropical fruit salad aftertaste and a clean, resinous snap.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a distinctively creamy, silken texture. Moderate carbonation. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being hot. Low astringency.
