This American Lager presents a sophisticated, craft-forward twist on a classic thirst-quencher. The foundation is a lean, crisp malt profile that yields quickly to a vibrant dry-hop addition. Warrior hops provide a clean, assertive bitterness that structures the palate, while the late addition of Idaho 7 introduces nuanced notes of zesty pineapple, apricot, and a hint of resinous pine. These modern aromatics elevate the traditionally neutral profile without sacrificing the beer's essential drinkability. With a brilliantly clear appearance and a brisk, dry finish, it remains remarkably refreshing while offering a depth of hop character rarely seen in the style.

Appearance. Very pale straw (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Forms a bright white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity for the style; low grainy-sweet malt aroma provides a clean backdrop for floral and tropical hop notes. Distinctive Idaho 7 character brings hints of stone fruit and pine, while Warrior adds a subtle herbal touch. Fermentation is exceptionally clean with no perceptible esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and highly refreshing. Low grainy malt flavor leads into a moderately-low bitterness that is firm but not harsh. Hop flavors of pineapple and zesty citrus from the Idaho 7 are prominent mid-palate. The finish is very dry and clean, with a short-lived aftertaste of light crackers and herbal hops.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with high carbonation that creates a prickly, refreshing carbonic bite. Smooth texture with no astringency and very low alcohol warmth.
