Appearance. Deep yellow to pale gold (4-5 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Moderate white head with good retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma with a subtle bready wheat character. Hop aroma is light but distinct, featuring spicy and floral notes from Saaz alongside a faint resinous and citrusy touch from Chinook. Clean fermentation profile with negligible esters.
Taste. Initial soft maltiness featuring bread and light honey flavors. The wheat malt adds a gentle grainy crispness. Hop flavor is light, expressing spicy, herbal, and faint grapefruit characteristics. Medium-low bitterness ensures a malt-forward balance.
