This refreshing Saison highlights a botanical profile through the dual addition of Verbena during the boil and as a dry hop. The sensory experience is defined by a vibrant lemon-herb aroma that melds seamlessly with classic farmhouse yeast esters of pear and cracked black pepper. A generous portion of wheat malt provides a soft, rustic graininess and a persistent, rocky white head. Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM) with a distinct haze from the high wheat content and dry-hopping. Features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head with excellent Belgian lacing.
