Lervig Super Blanc is a vibrant, zesty interpretation of the classic Witbier style, designed for ultimate refreshment. It pours a hazy, pale yellow with a beautiful milky luster and a dense, frothy white head. The sensory experience is led by high-intensity aromatics of spicy coriander and bright, tangy lemon, complemented by the sweet fragrance of orange peel. On the palate, a smooth and creamy wheat base supports a burst of sharp citrus, where a light acidic touch provides a crisp edge. Appearance. Hazy pale straw to light yellow (SRM 2-3) with a milky, whitish-yellow shine; thick, dense, frothy white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity; prominent zesty lemon and sweet orange fruitiness; moderate perfumy, peppery coriander; light bready, grainy wheat maltiness with faint honey-like sweetness; no hop aroma.
Taste. Initial bready, grainy malt flavor followed by sharp, tangy citrus and lemon; moderate herbal-spicy coriander notes that remain balanced; very low hop bitterness; clean, refreshing acidity; finishes dry and crisp with a bright citrus and spice aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, light creaminess from the wheat base; high carbonation provides an effervescent, prickly sensation; refreshing and crisp with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
