Pillow Talk is a lush Hazy IPA that leads with a vibrant tropical bouquet driven by the experimental HBC586 hop, delivering distinct notes of ripe mango, guava, and bright citrus. This sensory experience is bolstered by the classic combination of Citra and Mosaic, which adds layers of grapefruit and stone fruit complexity. A subtle whisper of creamy coconut emerges from a pinch of Sabro, enhancing the exotic profile. The beer pours with a characteristic soft, opaque glow, leading into a velvety, pillowy palate. It balances intense fruit-forward hop saturation with a restrained, gentle bitterness, finishing with a clean, lingering juice-like essence.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a significant, persistent haze that is nearly opaque. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by tropical fruits like mango and guava, alongside sharp citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. The Citra and Mosaic contribute a complex blend of passionfruit and subtle berry, while a faint, sweet coconut note from Sabro adds depth.
