Appearance. Brilliant pale straw color (2 SRM) with a bright white, frothy head that dissipates relatively quickly, leaving light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean, grainy-sweet malt presence. Faint floral and spicy hop notes are perceptible but secondary to the neutral malt character. Clean fermentation profile with no yeast esters.
Taste. Initial impression is very crisp and neutral. Light flavors of white bread and grain are balanced by a low hop bitterness. The fermentation is exceptionally clean, leading to a bone-dry finish with almost no residual sweetness. Short, clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a thin texture reflecting the reduced carbohydrate content. High carbonation provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
